Home management is focused on a homeowner's needs versus a landlord or tenants needs.
What's the most common misconception about home management?+
Home management is often thought of as a luxury service reserved for the wealthy. Our flexible pricing model makes the service accessible to any homeowner who values having support to maintain their property and preserve its value.
What apps or tools do you use to manage a homeowner's property?+
We use Propperly to document, organize, and take inventory of your entire home. Instead of digging through a binder or your notes app, we ensure every aspect of your property is documented (down to the serial numbers of your appliances and the paint colors on your walls).
What if I need services not included in my plan?+
We coordinate all additional services at transparent, pre-approved pricing. Our vendor relationships often result in better pricing than you'd get independently.
Can I change plans if my needs change?+
If you'd like to upgrade or add-on to your existing plan, you can make adjustments at any time.
Do you work with my existing contractors?+
We have a preferred list of go-to vendors and contractors that we've personally vetted and recommend to our clients. However, if you have a provider that you know and trust, we're happy to work with them.
